Before we can begin protecting your digital privacy, please read and agree to the Darkveil Client Service Agreement below. This outlines what’s included in your protection package and how we handle your data.

Effective Date:

This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the client ("You" or "Client") and Darkveil LLC ("Darkveil", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By agreeing to this Agreement and purchasing the Core Privacy Protection Package, you accept the terms below.

1. Services Provided – Core Package You will receive the following services as part of the Core Privacy Protection Package ($58/month): Data Removal from 515+ Brokers: Ongoing scans and automated removal of your personal information from data broker websites, including Whitepages, Spokeo, and BeenVerified. Monthly monitoring ensures persistent removal. OSINT Risk Assessment (2x/year): Biannual analysis of your digital footprint to identify vulnerabilities across public records, social platforms, and search engines. A strategy report will be delivered with recommendations. Dark Web & Leak Alerts: Continuous scanning of leaked and breached databases. You’ll be notified if your data appears in any new breach. Online Presence Monitoring: Weekly manual checks and alerting for your name or information in public forums, articles, or directories. Facial Recognition Removal: Monthly scans of known facial recognition engines and public biometric systems. We request removal where possible based on publicly available channels.

2. Payment & Subscription Terms You agree to pay $58/month, billed automatically. Payment is processed securely through our website. Services begin after payment and intake form completion. Cancel anytime with 7 days’ written notice to team@dark-veil.com. No partial refunds will be issued.

3. Client Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate and complete personal data during onboarding, respond to intake communications in a timely manner, and notify us of changes that could affect services (e.g., new name, phone, or address). You agree to use our services legally and ethically for personal protection only.

4. Limitations While Darkveil uses best-effort practices, no service can guarantee 100% removal or protection. We are not liable for prior breaches, exposure due to third-party errors, or misuse of data outside our control. Darkveil does not provide legal advice.

5. Confidentiality Your data is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not sell or share your information. Only authorized team members access your records, and only for the purpose of delivering services. We comply with privacy best practices and data protection policies.

6. Termination Darkveil may terminate this agreement at any time for non-payment, abuse of service, or suspicion of illegal activity. You may terminate with written notice. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Virginia. Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Digital Acceptance By submitting the intake form and checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this legally binding Client Service Agreement and are authorized to enter into this agreement with Darkveil LLC.
